From inclusion and exclusion questionnaires, to baseline questionnaires, weekly and monthly questionnaires, to classic T1, T2 and follow-up questionnaires. The landing page (before the start of the course) with a waiting list function, reminder and newsletter can also be created with it.
The user administration for patients, relatives, practices and doctors / therapists and coordinators / administrators leaves nothing to be desired - whether registration via QR code or easy-to-remember code words, double opt-in, invitation option and automatic waiting lists. With the help of various dashboards, for example, the coordinators have an overview of all medical practices and know how many potential study participants are waiting to be included. The doctors or therapists see the progress of their included patients, are informed about their remuneration and can write a message to the patient's relatives at any time without knowing their name or even e-mail address.
